More than 12 years of working with women around the world led celebrated make-up artist Zaynab Mirza to develop the Provoke range of specialist cosmetics. The range is based on a revolutionary colour palette.

Three years of in-depth research, product testing and colour development have ensured that Provoke products are created from the best quality ingredients and made to the highest standards.

GURUS were commissioned to develop the brand identity and create an online presence. A brand featured around the Provoke's brand proposition was conceptualised. The concept was designed to portray superiority in terms of consumer proposition, target audience, and credibility.

The brand logo had to be used across the range of cosmetic products and marketing materials. A brand logo was conceptualised and developed.

An e-commerce website was also developed as the product had an international audience and was being launched in key markets around the world.
Key communicational elements were emphasised across the concept to provide a ‘user centric’ shopping experience. Attention was paid to highlighting user tools to facilitate the meeting of core primary business objectives, such as; purchasing chain, new colour ranges, joining mailing lists, along with brand positioning statements.

The web site offers, detailed full colour images of each product, detailed product information, useful shopping services, and innovative merchandising through easy-to-use Web pages.
