TRG Concessions approached GURUS with its leading restaurant brands, the objective to initiate digital strategies across its portfolio.

TRG Concessions manages an impressive array of brands across the UK, that includes; Chiquito, Frankie & Benny's, Garfunkel's,  Est Bar, Est Caffe, O'Neils etc
 
Approach
GURUS sought to capture the individual ambience and experience of dining at each restaurant; from Chiquito, conveying images of mouth-watering Mexican food eaten to the sound of Latin American music to Frankie & Benny's, an Italian menu and classic American dining experience oozing family charm.
 
The TRG Concvessions website has an area for each brand. The creative design process was aimed at promoting a strong sense of familiarity for users that had previously eaten at the restaurants whilst also promoting a sense of new learning and understanding of the brand helping to build new associations and a richer experience. 
 
Functionality 
To assist the high level of employee attrition connected with the restaurant sector, a recruitment section was developed to generate volume recruitment leads which are automatically filtered through to local relevant branches.
