We don't stop at just the deliverables, we want to make sure you get a good return on your investment, by liasing with you after completion.
Acceptance
Once the client is completely satisfied with the project following a client testing period, they will 'accept' the project at which point the project will be deemed to be complete and will be delivered to the client. Often, this stage requires migration of the project to the hosting environment followed by further testing under load.
Clients may at this stage enter into a maintenance
agreement with GURUS for ongoing agency services comprising, but not limited to; development work, technical support, marketing services.
Client training
Where there is a client training requirement e.g. provision of a content management solution, we ensure that clients receive all the necessary training to allow them to manage the project.
Review
Once a project has been completed, we will sit down with the client to review the project and assess the realisation of objectives.
