Understanding
Initially, we will sit down to understand your needs and aspirations through a project scoping exercise to create the Concept Plan, which allows us to assess the scale of the project. Goals and primary objectives are defined.
From the meeting, we will draw up a proposal that will enable the client to be sure that the project essentials from a business and functionality perspective have all been identified. At this point an indication of budgets can also be provided.
The agreement
Prior to any further work commencing, standard terms of business are presented and approved.
Our agreements encompass the complete project specification to ensure that we are legally bound to deliver your requirements to your satisfaction.
The project plan
A detailed project plan is produced outlining development stages, team resource allocation, time-lines, key delivery milestones and all project dependencies.
This document becomes the blueprint for the project, a copy of which is supplied to the client.
Any deviations from the plan will be processed through a change control procedure, which will often lead to a revised plan being supplied to the client.
